Decent size apartments, great neighborhood, terrible upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area, affordable price, decent size apartments kitchen and bathroom were new super/ maintenance are very nice and friendly (though since they're responsible for multiple buildings, they're always slammed and take forever to get to your request)
Cons:
Street is absolutely infested with rats, walking home at night is an undertaking hallways and stairs are almost never cleaned and were filthy garbage always overflowing there was often a very bad and weird smell in the common areas 80% of my packages were stolen (go grab them as soon as humanly possible). management ignored the issue
Advice to owner:
clean the hallways at least twice a week. figure out a way to prevent package theft. coordinate with neighboring building to get the rat issue under control, only a mater of time before they make their way to the apartments
