OK for Rent Stabilized
Former Tenant
Pros:
Kind neighbors for the most part, Super was responsive with smaller routine NYC issues that occur in these low rise buildings such as pest management.
Cons:
Issues start when more complex repairs are required, such as fridge repairs or issues from a leak. I believe this is because the building uses outside contractors for these repairs, and no doubt hired the cheapest contractors they could find.

Stolen Packages (for months)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and low prices
Cons:
Very old dingy hallways
Advice to owner:
Buy a camera to see who is stealing all the packages. Multiple apartments are having the same issue with missing boxes.

Not a well kept building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice kitchen in apt. High ceilings. Wood floors
Cons:
Dirty, not kept well, peeling paint, peeling floors, steep stairs, rarely vacuumed hallways/swept interior, locks to front door often jammed or broken. Overall not well maintained by management.
Advice to owner:
Invest in building maintenance and repairs.
