Cozy simple place with no frills

Pros:
The neighbors are all very freindly. Everything in my unit is in working order. Management took a very hands off approach which I appreciate, they never bothered me for anything. I never really had a problem with the unit either, so dont know how they would handle that.
Cons:
Sometimes i can hear noise from the adjacent neighbors, especially when my downstairs neighbor is in the back yard. They have also been doing construction around the building which can sometimes be pretty loud. Most of the time the neighbor noise doesnt bother me, and is easily drowned out by the ac or tv.
Advice to owner:
I would consider updating the soundproofing on the windows and front doors.
