Need better pest control
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was big, looked like it was in good shape
Cons:
Had at least one mouse within the first two weeks and signs of a rat. There’s no live in super, so had to track down maintenance to help seal a hole (he put tape on it). Paid an exterminator to come twice and it still didn’t work. My neighbor said she got two mice a month, but didn’t consider that a lot, so to each their own.
