Do not recommend living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is cheaper than rest of UES
Cons:
The super screamed at me and told me that it was my fault the entire lock in my door fell out when I tried to unlock it. I was locked out without a phone and he threatened to leave me there from afternoon until the evening (this was in October). The construction can be very loud. No laundry. Minor but annoying - charges small service fee to pay rent every month.
Advice to owner:
Fire your super

UES 1 Bed Near Construction
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management company is responsive and understanding (as any nyc landlord can be) Apartment is newly renovated with updated kitchen and bath Neighborhood and neighbors are great
Cons:
Small (under 300 sq feet) for a 1 bed - basically stuck a wall in a studio, what’s new? Pest problem (mice) due to poor renovation/patchwork behind appliances/radiator Construction!!! This was not told to us before moving in but a week later scaffolding went up and complete demolition happened next door. They are now rebuilding but damages have been done to building/my apartment since construction started
Advice to owner:
N/A I think all your tenants complaints have been told to you
