Everything I could want from a first apartment in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, safe, well-cared for and on a beautiful, calm street. Management is responsive and helpful. Tenants in my experience have been quiet and respectful, and great to have laundry in building.
Cons:
Uneven heating in the building was an issue my first winter here but this past year it seems to have been fixed. Packages are sometimes taken by delivery people from the lobby but management does address it. Really no complaints beyond this!

Advice to owner:
Knock down some walls, make larger units

An ok first apartment in the neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location in the Upper East Side, convenient to most things.
Cons:
While the landlord was responsive, the super was not. So I always ended up reaching out to the landlord directly for any repairs. However, building laundry never got fixed. Packages would sometimes get stolen. There were also three months when the building was without gas because a neighbor called a false alarm and ConEd noticed other issues that needed to be addressed.
