Greedy and psychotic

Pros:
I like the location. The floor plans aren’t TOO bad. Decent size for 1 br.
Cons:
Hallway is gross
Radiator leaks
Radiator is uncontrollable
Hot water is hit or miss. Doesn’t last long. Boiler is down often.
Management has a psycho family member with little emotional intelligence.
Water leaked through the ceiling.
Floors are not straight.
Advice to owner:
Stop being greedy. Stop being a part of the housing problem and raising rent.
