Great price and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
*Apartment is a decent size for the price, living room and bedroom - can easily fit a king sized bed *No major pest issues *Neighbors keep to themselves *Right above bodega
Cons:
*Packages do get stolen, I have stuff mailed to my friends who live in a doorman building *Some neighbors leave their cats poop in the hallway
Advice to owner:
Don’t raise rents, you have amazing tenants! Also, get tbt cat poop out of the hallway

Fair & nice landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very sweet landlord who really cares, fair increases & attentive super. Had to move in March/April due to furlough & very easy to deal with & full security returned.
Cons:
Old windows meant hot summers & cold winters. Heat not strong enough in the winter. Hot water was out a few times a year.
