Decent Apartment Building

Pros

Pretty well kept. The video intercom system is nice. Good area. Fairly responsive when the ceiling was leaking multiple times.

Cons

A few of my packages have gotten stolen. Sometimes the heat would hardly be on in the winter. The hallways are quite dusty but typically don't see many bugs/critters.

Use the security cameras more and do more preventative maintenance for the multiple leaks.
