Ok building, live in super, generally clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, live in super, noise is ok, garbage clean up is easy. Super very responsive.
Cons:
The dryers have not been fixed in 6 months and there has been construction going on for the past 11 months. Landlord refuses to drop rent for this. Also, no pets allowed here.
Advice to owner:
Allow cats and drop rent if your dryers remain broken AND if you continue to have construction going on outside my window while we ALL work from home, drop RENT. You also offered no options for rent payment plans due to Covid this year. Ridiculous
