Clean building - nice and quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, basement is nice, lobby is nice, neighbors are mostly families or young and relatively quiet. Walls don't let much noise through!
Cons:
WAY TOO FEW laundry machines. Super is responsive but often doesn't follow up on concerns.
Advice to owner:
More laundry machines!

Clean, quiet, and excellent maintenance!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, quiet, and well-maintained pet-friendly building with an elevator, W/D in basement, and excellent superintendent. No signs of any pests, mold, or defective construction. Nice high ceilings and big windows. Heating and cooling are reasonable. Water pressure consistent.
Cons:
EXPENSIVE but not unusually or uniquely so given the location.
