Owner /Property Manager doubled rent.Did not know the lease beginning and ending
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat , trash, size
Cons:
Change of management from Wallick to REM Property a problem. They did not know my lease beginning and ending date. Then when I told them they increased the rent by 60%. Noisy neighbor, party late night early mornings.
Advice to owner:
Know your lproperty and it’s tenants
