You can do better...
Former Tenant
Pros:
They recently installed a video intercom, which is nice, but we didn't know anything about them installing it until it was done (which caused a LOT of noise issues).
Cons:
What feels like constanttt noise from apartments being renovated. Small apartments that are being overcharged for.
Advice to owner:
Cut your tenants a rent break for all the noise disturbance they didn't even know about until after signing their leases!

I miss the old management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is the best, he cleans every weekend and is kind. He’ll help you set up anything in your unit.
Cons:
This building was recently bought by a new owner and the new management company is awful. They are kicking everyone out to renovate.

Would recommend living here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean No pest issues while living here, besides an occasional (one per year) cockroach Really nice super Great neighborhood
Cons:
Noise level is high, floors are thin so you can hear the apartment above you
