Good for the Price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is in good shape overall with laundry available in the basement. Trash/recycling is taken out regularly and the hallway floors are mopped every week. Believe the whole building is rent stabilized and landlord was willing to give a rent decrease during covid.
Cons:
Have to go through managements maintenance request for every little thing. The Super is very nice and helpful but will only come if called upon by management. Had a rodent issue at one point and took many tries to get resolved but finally was. The peeling wallpaper above the elevator should have been fixed years ago.
