It's fine for a walkup
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, neighbors keep to themselves, decent sunlight, good water pressure, no absurd raises at rent renewal
Cons:
Way too hot in the winter, stairs and common areas are old and dirty, no laundry in building
Advice to owner:
Clean apartments before move-in. Be more responsive to maintenance requests.

Took 3 months to get our fridge replaced. Hot water out frequently.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is close to shops and transit, quiet and safe neighborhood, parks nearby, responsive to emails.
Cons:
Takes FOREVER to fix things - important things like hot water or a broken fridge. Some bugs (nothing crazy for the city though).
Advice to owner:
Don’t make people wait months for a new fridge or days for hot water

Worst landlord I’ve ever had
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is nice.
Cons:
Superintendent as well as management is unreachable. We went without a toilet for days at a time on numerous locations. Bad roach infestation in our apartment. Heat and hot water constantly goes out. We once had to have the fire dept shut the water off because a flood was not stopping and the landlord was unreachable as usual. It got to the point where we nearly took legal action.
