Large apartments and responsive super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building. Very responsive super. Rooms are large and apartments are well maintained. Laundry in building is an amazing plus as is the elevator.
Cons:
Heat sometimes doesn’t work. They offer a biweekly pesticide service but only when you sign up. As a result, cockroaches (water bugs) make their way into apartment. Trash piles up in the trash room, which increases bug problem. E78 is likely one of the least maintained streets in the UES.
Advice to owner:
Require pesticide for all apartments on a monthly basis instead of utilizing a sign ip sheet and ensure trash is emptied more often (especially during move ons/outs). General painting of entrance area would also be great.
