I would not reccomend
Pros
Its a somewhat quiet street and good location - but the subway is a bit away
Cons
The walls and entire building is extremely thin. I can hear everything. Also, the garbage management in the summer was horrible. There was hundreds of flies around the trash containers outside that could have been easily fixed with a simple spray down. Neighbors arent quiet as well.

Do not rent here — you’ll regret it.
Pros
Absolutely Nothing at all.
Cons
This place has been nothing short of miserable. The hot water is constantly out, and management does nothing to resolve the issue long-term. It’s beyond frustrating to wake up early for work only to be forced into a freezing cold shower — this happens far too often and without warning. On top of that, the building has absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear every single footstep from the apartment above you, and full conversations from your neighbors on either side. If you value peace, privacy, or even basic rest, look elsewhere. It's nearly impossible to fall asleep when people are shouting, partying, or playing music at 3 a.m. — and good luck getting management to step in. This place might look appealing at first glance, but don’t be fooled. The constant maintenance issues and unbearable noise levels make living here a daily headache. You're paying way too much for a space that doesn't even meet the most basic expectations for comfort or livability. Save yourself the stress — find somewhere else to live.
