Just hope you never have to speak with management

Pros:
The building itself is fine, not great, not terrible. Just fine. Don’t expect too much and you’ll be fine.
Cons:
The management (Sassouni) is horrendous. Like literally horrendous. Horrendous like Time Warner or Optimum customer service. The ladies in the office — led by Ashley — are absolutely horrible to deal with. They’re unhelpful, condescending, and just straight up rude. They’ll scream at you and hang up on you or find ways to blame you for a building issue. It’s truly remarkable how little effort they make to work with them. I lived there for 5 years. It wasn’t bad enough to move out but there were about 15 or 20 interactions over the years which made my blood pressure rise.
Advice to owner:
Sassouni makes everything worse. Do with that information what you’d like.
