No Hot Water Many Times a Month

Pros:
The building is in an area that feels like a neighborhood.
Cons:
Issues with not having hot water has been once a week on average. Issues with mice and they do not take the 80% of your floor covered rule seriously. So the noise from the upstairs neighbor can be awful.

It is very quiet, well kept and all the neighbors are very respectful.
Cons:
Packages get stolen quite a lot but not the managements fault

Workers entering apartment without notice (super illegal), no reply from management, mice infestation, other neighbors with cockroach problems, rats in basement
