Fish Market Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new building with no previous renters.
Cons:
I recently rented an apartment, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. One of the most notable issues is the dirty and smelly lobby, which has been quite unpleasant to walk through each time. It is clear that the management does not prioritize cleaning and maintaining the common areas, which is disappointing. Additionally, the walls in the apartment are paper-thin, and I can hear everything going on in the neighboring apartments. It has been challenging to get a peaceful night's sleep with so much noise. Furthermore, the management seems to have little concern for tenants' needs and does not appear to make any efforts to address the issues raised. The parking situation is also a mess, with limited space and little organization, making it difficult to find a spot. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment due to the issues mentioned above.
Advice to owner:
Next time you build an apartment building, do not cut corners.
