Good for neighborhood and price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty nice brokers, quick maintenance
Cons:
Encountered multiple issues with the laundry machines - broken, eating peoples money, too big for the ledge they're on which caused a safety issue... everything seems resolved and working great now but there were definitely issues for a while.

Yorktown 73rd Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building, Nice location, Safe Relatively quiet, Close to the Q, Some decent restaurants nearby, Close proximate the crosstown bus, close to John Jay Park, coinless laundry.
Cons:
Not enough working washing and dryer machines, laundry is shred with the adjacent building, Broken mailbox needs to be repaired, random water shut off, there is a constant clicking with the oven which needs to be repaired!
