500 E 74th
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment appliances updated, washer/dryer in unit, reasonable rent compared with neighborhood
Cons:
Super service fairly unresponsive, mice in apartment took a couple tries to figure out and repair holes, water leakage into bodega took months to diagnose and repair with frequent tenant interruptions

Raised rent 30%
Former Tenant
Pros:
Re done, beautiful finishes.
Cons:
The landlord was nasty and unresponsive to multiple issues we had here. We stayed there a year and then they rose the rent 30%. We loved the apartment but when we tried to reach out to negotiate the landlord was unresponsive to our request.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants who are already paying you an astronomical amount for a 250 sq ft apartment?
