Super is the best part!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent of the building was honestly the best. He’s so responsive and kind and good at what he does. Other than that this apartment is fine.
Cons:
we briefly had roach problems. Additionally, the mailmen constantly confused packages with the building across the street (500 e 77th)
Advice to owner:
Be clean, and be kind to the super!

Lots of bugs issues!! Stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's on a quite stress and the neighbors are pretty quite / keep to themselves
Cons:
Bugs issues! There's so much roaches and bugs, it's insane and disgusting.

High rent: rent increased every year for at least 10-20% and the apartments are small and lack of light.
