Lack of responsibility
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s a roof deck
Cons:
The super leaves for the entire summer, and whomever is covering for those few months is always shady, unresponsive and rude

Pay attention

A normal building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has its own laundry, good neighbors.
Cons:
The fifth floor had a roach infestation back in 2020, I moved out so I don't know what the current state is.
Advice to owner:
Make sure there are no roaches in the 5th floor.
