Very nice, sweet, historical building!
Former Tenant

In building laundry, utilities covered by building, beautiful landscape, clean, counter space, deep bathtub
Cons:
walk-up, right next to a school (noisy during school year), small bathroom and bedrooms

First NYC Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived in this building for 8 years and while the apartment was tiny, it was homey and beautiful. The building itself is gorgeous and well-maintained. Location was very nice, close proximity to East End and Carl Schultz, quiet tree-lined street.
Cons:
Minor complaint, there is only one laundry room for the whole complex.
