Loved my 3 years here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient to a lot in the city and quiet location. Nice maintenance guys. They have a laundry for the complex only.
Cons:
Some packages delivered to the building were opened up and things stolen because there is not package room.
Advice to owner:
I talk cameras to watch the package area in the buildings or accept all but very large packages at the maintenance office.
