An apt my coworkers are jealous of (mostly bc of the deals)
Former Tenant

Rent stabilized, only additional fee is for my window AC unit which is like maybe $30(?), Handyman are usually at my apt quick / fix the issue
Cons:
My upstairs neighbor (I’m assuming) is the loudest walker and always at 1-2 am like (a) how can you walk that much in your apartment and (b) why are your footsteps so loud

My best apartment yet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is so responsive. My fridge broke down and I had a new one installed the next day. Love that electricity and water are included in rent.
Cons:
My only real complaint was distance to the subway lines but that wasn’t about the building specifically

Really good experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance on staff. Always there if you needed. Pretty quiet. Had spares keys if you got locked out. Never needed a locksmith.
Cons:
Heat was pretty hot and needed to open windows. But that’s pretty common in New York.
