I’m satisfied and content
Former Tenant

Decent no frills
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is rent stabilized with all utilities included. Once you are in your apartment you don’t hear your neighbors unless they are loud going up and down the stairs. I never hear them inside their units.
Cons:
Some neighbors are very loud or refuse to follow the lease agreement and have rugs covering 80% of their floor as a result you hear them walking above you every day, moving furniture, even their dog crying through the ceiling.

Great for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inexpensive, quiet, def a bargain for the area
Cons:
Near John Jay pool which is annoying in the summer. Used to be mostly young professionals, and now more and more sketchy people moving to the area.
