BAD Roach Problem

- Calm, quiet area - Responsive and organized management team - Rent-controlled - Friendly maintenance team
Cons:
- Roaches... At first, if was a once a month thing. When they finally sealed holes in the kitchen that were most likely where they were coming in through, they still kept coming in, but through my bathroom sink... It was disgusting and had to keep my sink covered/shut at all times whenever I wasn't using it to brush my teeth or to wash my hands or face. - At first they would cover basic maintenance services, but then they started randomly charging for things, like $10 to replace a lightbulb in the bathroom.

Apt facing the back alley are super quite.

Super quite if the apt faces the back alley. Beautiful river views.
Cons:
You pay extra a month if you have an AC unit.
Advice to owner:
Don’t use an agent as they take applications directly from tenants.

Infested with Bed bugs

The area was nice, great restaurants and friendly neighbors
Cons:
The building was infested with bed bugs. When I signed the lease they told me they had bed bugs earlier in the year but it was taken care of - bed bugs do not go away . Do not rent here
