Good Value, Right Building on the Block
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is the higher end building of the SW Management portfolio on 78th and 79th between York Ave and the FDR. The management company responds quickly to requests or repairs. Laundry is in the building, rental rates are well priced for the amenities. Full time doormen on site. Good soundproofed windows. Little issue with bugs or rodents.
Cons:
It can be loud with the FDR traffic. Some units face the alleys and don’t get much light. Far from the subways due to the distance East.
Advice to owner:
Continue the great response and service to the buildings on 78th and 79th. Less desirable building management of the units away from the main offices should be improved, but does not impact 555 in particular.
