Stay away from this hellish place.

Pros:
Nice neighbors, and ok super & doormen.
Cons:
There is a structural issue with the building whereby the heater water hammer noise is unmanageable to live/sleep, and it's unfixable. Management will give 0 care about it and instead will threaten to end your lease at your expense after you invested in cham realtors, movers, and making the place feel like home. You'll hear everything the neighbors do/say, and roaches are popping everywhere (no matter if you don't keep any garbage in your kitchen), mice galore in the garbage area, and thankfully, they got rid of the stalker doorman. The elevator breaks down constantly, the laundry room rarely has all the equipment working (you are to get up early and reach the laundry room early enough to do 3-4 loads at once)
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with dignity, not a hard thing to do, if you had any.
