Great UES Apartment Building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Croydon is located right next to the Neue Gallery, half a block from Central Park, a few blocks from the Met and the Guggenheim museums. This location is unbeatable and also close to the 4/5/6 subway line. The apartment staff (doormen, handymen, porters, and maintenance) are very friendly, quick to respond to maintenance requests, and like to get to know the residents. Due to the 24/7 doormen, I feel very safe living in this apartment building with my dog. The staff keep the building very clean and well-maintained. I plan on renewing my lease when my lease is up for renewal.
Cons:
No cons that I can think of

I enjoyed my tenure at this building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was clean and without pests or rodents, which is huge to me. The apartment was well-arranged and, in retrospect, a great deal. It is only half a block from the park and a couple of blocks from the Met. The staff was friendly and management was responsive.
Cons:
Nothing at all to complain about. I would have preferred to have in-unit w/d but the laundry downstairs was fine.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work.
