Amazing home and unbeatable location
Former Tenant
Pros:
This home is amazing. First, the location is steps away from Central Park in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. The building has great units with lots of space. The double pane windows dampen noise and let in an abundance of natural light. I loved living here and hosting guests. There is a large living room and welcome area as soon as you walk in. There is also a comfortable den to relax with family or unwind after work. The condo has three bedrooms, and one of them is perfect for a home office. The enormous kitchen is modern and sleek. There is plenty of wall space and tall ceilings, perfect for showcasing art. The building itself is well-maintained with welcoming and responsive staff. The superintendent is live-in and the building has 24/7 doorman and elevator attendants.
Cons:
Would be nice if there were a larger gym. However, I rarely use it since I go to Equinox nearby.
