Nice building terrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
They have a tiny gym in the 5th floors, but it’s a nice thought. The terrace off the gym is lovely and well-appointed. Doormen are among the best in the hood, but that’s not a very high bar
Cons:
The lighting in the hallways on every floor is dismal. If you rent in this building you are 100% a second class citizen as far as the board is concerned.
Advice to owner:
Being a landlord requires more than just taking my money. I love on 21B and my landlord was one of the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with in any capacity.
