    Great 3 bedroom
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Huge apartment. Washer dryer in unit and dishwasher. Responsive super. Great location and subway proximity
    Cons:
    Super charges a lot for the work he did. Took awhile to return security deposit. Dryer did not work well and refused to replace. Noisy on the front of the apartment due to the school across the street
    Advice to owner:
    Replace broken appliances
