A solid place to live

Pros:
-Nice people in building -Packages never get stolen -Big apartments
Cons:
-Very small and slow elevator -Super has been rude on several occasions -Laundry machines in basement are very old and dont work well
Advice to owner:
The building needs some updating and much needed maintenence

Elevator, Big Apartments, Location, Price
Cons:
Horrible management, loses rent checks, doesn’t respond to issues, supers harass and yell at ppl, no real pest control, ppl get stuck in elevator often, refuse to prove rent receipts
Advice to owner:
Get an online rent payment portal, get a real exterminator, call your tenants back
