Review of 168 east 82
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit is clean / recently renovated. Roof top is great.
Cons:
Previous management was terrible. New management is fine
Advice to owner:

Good building, awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well renovated interior with decent sized living spaces, great finished rooftop
Cons:
Terrible responsiveness in various issues with the unit - heating issues, washer/dryer problems, ceiling bulb replacements, rat problems outside of building, etc. Units in the back are not quiet spring-fall due to the Toloache outdoor seating in the back.
Advice to owner:
Change property management to one that responds to queries within a reasonable timeframe. Fix issues that pose true hazard to tenants in a timely matter, including the apartment front door locking issue. Provide more garbage bins in front of unit for tenants to throw our garbage more consistently.

Nicely renovated, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nicely renovated, generally quiet, not too many issues
Cons:
Cannot reach the managers unless it’s time to renew, building shakes when someone does laundry, can hear people walking (stomping) on the floor aside and above, water spills come through the ceiling
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive

Generally good
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a nice building, great location
Cons:
The hallways are super narrow so it makes it hard to move furniture in
Advice to owner:
The hallways could get cleaned more often
