Difficult landlord and management

Pros:
Great location Super is nice
Cons:
Super lies and doesn’t fix issues in a timely manner Didn’t provide smoke and carbon monoxide detector Mold in shower that super just caulked over Hallways are dirty Garbage usually overflowing Building always smells like cigarettes
Advice to owner:
Clean the hallways and follow the laws Actually prepare apartments before moving in
