Professional and reasonable
Former Tenant
Pros:
- super is reasonably responsive and helpful every time - never an issue with management in 2+ years really - pet-friendly - there are some dogs on the bigger side too - great location - close to the park, museums, groceries, restaurants, multiple subway lines - can sometimes hear neighbor through walls although somewhat dampened - washer and dryer in building and they work 90% of the time or more
Cons:
- walk-up, but par for the course for the neighborhood

Nice and Quaint
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, the attentiveness of the staff in addressing things during first few years of tenancy
Cons:
The way they treated their tenants when mistakes were made by management that didn’t want to just admit their mistakes but rather try to sue to intimidate tenants to leave or give in
Advice to owner:
No advice as I can see over time things have changed and the consequences of their actions resulted in the problems they have now
