Pros:
Laundry in the building, all new appliances, amazing area, and lots of space
Cons:
No real cons! It can be a little loud due to a primarily young building and right on Lex, but it never bothered me

Amazing Landlords, Unfortunate Noise

Pros:
This building is so well maintained, great location, newly renovated with central AC/Heat, spacious bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, and super responsive and kind building managers
Cons:
The noise is ridiculous seeing as we are between many hospitals with single pane windows. Additionally, neighbors are often loud.
