Overall positive experience - lived there for two years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Prime location close to subway trains and Central Park; neighbors are respectful; pest control offered and not too many bugs although have seen <10 roaches in the past two years
Cons:
No laundry room although this was advertised when signing lease; garbage location can get kind of gross in the heat when bugs are out
Advice to owner:
Don’t advertise in building laundry if you will not offer it or remedy the situation when it is taken away
