Great Local, management and maintance not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is awesome, in between two major subways on a quiet street in the 80’s. Loved the location.
Cons:
The management company is unresponsive and the super does the bare minimum. Had many packages stolen, the cockroaches were awful and unwilling to work with us during covid. I asked for a $100 discount in May of 2020 after I lost my job and was denied. When we left we saw it rented for $300 less per month. Absolutely infuriating.
Advice to owner:
When a good renter asks for a $100 discount per month on rent and you deny them then list the apartment for $300 less per month after we left, it looks awful. I loved this apartment and was absolutely infuriated when I saw the discounted rate after we asked for help and you declined.

Great location, poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to both the 4,5,6 and the Q
Elevator
Cleanliness
Remodeled bathroom
Quiet Building, thick walls can’t hear anything
Cons:
Management unresponsive and unwilling to work with tenants
Super is unhelpful
Exterminator barely comes, numerous roach issues
Advice to owner:
As tenants are going through a pandemic and losing their jobs, trying to work to keep existing tenants. I was forced to leave after losing my job and management was unwilling to work with financial hardship m, then I see on street easy the apartment was rented for 300 under the our rental price after we asked for a mere 100 decrease. Extremely disappointed. I loved this apartment and did not want to leave.
