-Recently renovated -New Doorway security camera system -Relatively consistent hot water/water pressure -Garbage outside is kept tidy -Great location -Pests/bugs nonexistent; Monthly exterminator available -Privacy
Cons:
-STAIRS -Small spaces -Old building -Heat does not reach the top floors at times -There have been rats -Repairs are slow -Property owner/Super is new to the building
