So far so good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management, helpful staff, friendly tenants, very convenient location, large units with really great closet space
Cons:
Floors a bit thin so hear those above you .. or maybe my upstairs neighbors are just particularly loud

My time at 185 East 85th
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen and porters are amazing. Fantastic staff willing to help anytime.

Apartments are large and sunny, although some have outdated appliances they are still great apartments
Cons:
Shake Shack is right below the back entrance of the building which creates a lot of noise due to the public pavillion attached. Only loud during spring/summer months but during winter this is no issue at all
Advice to owner:
Work with tenants who pay full standard rent to remain in the building instead of pricing out.

Advice to owner:

Nice but expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment size and balcony
Cons:
Too many stabilized tenants market rate tenants must pick up the difference
Advice to owner:
Try and keep your middle class market rate tenants they will be long term for you
