The Gotham is Fantastic (170 E 87th St)
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has great doormen, great amenities, and a wonderful location in the upper east side.
Cons:
Some of the upper east side snootiness bleeds in to the building tenants, 3rd ave is very noisy and very dusty.
