Good building, if a bit old
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice historic building w/ good floor space per unit; always priced appropriately.
Cons:
Older building, many units could use updating. Much of the rooms in building face a dark inner alley.
Advice to owner:
Keep up good attentiveness.

Solid UES apartment, but nothing special
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to express train and central park overall, nothing terrible about this place
Cons:
-Very little ventilation, can feel stuffy after a while. -maintenance will respond eventually but not always immediately -our bathtub was not finished correctly and was sticky to the touch our entire time here, nothing was done by maintenance -buzzer issues never fixed -tiny third bedroom in 3bed apartment -no elevator -heater was either way too hot or not on at all
Advice to owner:
improve the garbage system, get a dumpster make sure all the buzzers work make sure bathtubs are finished correctly
