Decent but pest problems

Pros

The Super is very responsive. The building is clean and well-kept. The landlord is very reasonable in the amount charged and has only increased rent by 50 each year since I have been here.

Cons

Major pest problems (mice). There is also ongoing construction on the building for the past few months that has been quite disruptive.
