Jacked up our rent, nice building though

- Super and staff are great - Clean - Quiet
Cons:
- Jacked up our rent 10% (along with the rest of the building) resulting in multiple tenants moving out, killing the building's community
Advice to owner:
Keep rent increases reasonable
