Pros:
I live in a large, spacious studio with good sunlight and lots of closet space. Apartment itself was clean, well-maintained with good craftmanship before I moved in. Amenities: dishwasher. Super is responsive and fixes things quickly when there are concerns. Price is also very good for the space.
Cons:
No laundry in building, walkup. They only remember to vacuum the carpeted hallways 1-2x/month instead of weekly as they should. A neighbor who smokes pot daily despite building warnings. However, the BIGGEST con is that this building has roaches. There are dead ones in the lobby frequently. Have discovered live and dead ones in my apt about once every 2-3 months, so disgusting. Have used the building exterminator but I think they live in the drains :(
Advice to owner:
Please spray & have more consistent pest control & get rid of the roach problem!!!
