An overall pretty good experience!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very clean, great neighbors in the building, no issues with roaches/rats, updated kitchen with new appliances. The street is pretty quiet, and you are close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and transit.
Cons:
The heat is VERY hit or miss, during the winter it would get as low as 57 in bedroom. Responsiveness from the super is also hit or miss, often resulting in poor communcation. Sometimes it would take several attempts to get them to come look at an issue, and then it would often take even longer for something to be fixed.
